BLUEBERRY BLIZZARD

POWER FOODS FOR BUSY PEOPLE

This all-natural smoothie is a combination of my three favorite power foods - coconut water, blueberries and almond butter! Together they create a super satisfying post-workout meal or an on-the-go snack.

In a blender combine:

• 1 1/2 cups coconut water

• 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

• 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter

Blend until smooth.

You will enjoy the taste as well as the lasting energy this drink will supply to your body as well as your mind. It is full of minerals (electrolytes in the coconut water), antioxidants and vitamins from the blueberries, and healthy brain fats and protein from the almond butter.

Try other variations using other berries, fruits and even a scoop of protein powder!
