These delicious pancakes are filling and easy to make and chock full of protein and fiber. A weekend hit at our house, appealing to all ages (and picky eaters)!
5 ingredients - 5 minutes cooking time - 5 pancakes
Mix in mixing bowl
• 4 Egg whites
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 Tablespoon sugar or two drops liquid stevia
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ( optional )
POUR 1/4 cup of mixture onto hot buttered griddle or frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear on top of pancake. Cook until golden brown. SERVE with your favorite topping (honey, syrup, butter or fresh fruit).Have a pumped up, HIGH-ENERGY DAY!
