This deliciously THICK AND CREAMY PUDDING takes only minutes to make and is a great on the go snack.
Ingredients include avocado and bananas, which are both high in potassium to keep you hydrated and “going” in Florida summer weather, and cacao and cinnamon, which are full of antioxidants to keep your energy levels up and immune system sharp.
Ingredients:
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 4 very ripe bananas
• 1/4 cup cacao (or cocoa) powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Chill in freezer for five minutes before serving.
OPTIONAL: For a thicker pudding use frozen bananas.
