It’s not only on St Patrick’s Day, the Veganza Animal Heroes encourage everyone to go green by going vegan – it’s every day, in the books, the films and in the interactive presentations, where the characters come alive to engage school audiences.
Veganza is the main character in the book series. Her superpower is to be able to freeze scenes of cruelty, and make the perpetrator feel what the animal feels; then she whispers a kinder idea in their ear, and they come out of their frozen trance with empathy.
Veganza hails from the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland, and is a 700-hundred-year-old vegan superhero who lives in a banyan tree in the Everglades and has a team of heroes who join her in her quest to defend all animals from harm. Veganza flew to Ireland to tell the action adventure stories in Dublin’s Merrion Park. A plant-based chef, Oliver McCabe, created fruit smoothies from the recipe from the Veganza Animal Hero book, and vegan goodies from his own book, “Kids Kitchen Takeover.”
I love being in Ireland with the friendly Irish people, seeing relatives, and participating in effective vegan education actions and events.
It’s easy to be green every day by going vegan. “Go Vegan” in Irish is “Dul Veigean!” Here’s a priceless St Patty’s Day gift, free Veganza vegan tips at https://www.animalherokids.org/vegan-tips-by-veganza/
