The song was co-written by the book series author and founder of the nonprofit, Susan Hargreaves, and Free Bison. The roles portrayed in school presentations and in the new music video are Freedom, played by real life vegan superhero and professional vegan bodybuilder, Korin Sutton, and Courage the mermaid is captivating vegan model and actress, Sky Bison. Veganza is played by the author of the books, Susan Hargreaves, whose 44 years as a dedicated animal activist are featured in the award-winning documentary, “The Heart Whisperer.” Free Bison is a name you will definitely be seeing and hearing again, as his charisma shines from the screen.

United Kingdom’s industry pro Darren Cavanaugh expertly edited the video, which will open each school assembly presentation, available for no charge to all levels of schools, foster group homes, and residential treatment centers.
The books authored by Susan Hargreaves: “Animal Hero Kids Voices for the Voiceless,” “Veganza Animal Hero” children’s picture book, “Veganza Animal Heroes-Liberation” series for Young Adults – which debuted at number one on the Amazon New Releases list in the Youth and Nature and Ecology categories, and the latest “There’s A Cow in my Dreams,” are gifted to the appropriate grade level to conclude each program. Delicious vegan food is also included, a welcome plus for those wishing to try vegan for their health, the animals or the earth.
Joaquin Phoenix gave a supportive quote for the mission of this global charity:

This New Year’s holiday season, the refrain “You can be a hero too,” from the Veganza Animal Heroes rap song resonates not only with youth, but with adults too.
