Adoption is a process, including an application, home visit, and adoption fee. These three yorkies arrived in Boca Raton on Saturday, February 11. The plot thickens I vetted them and was informed the mom dog needed a severe dental procedure, and the girls were intact (needed to be spayed). I learned the mom needed all her teeth extracted. This was the result of low-quality food (corn, wheat and byproducts), and years and years of neglect. Not only were all her teeth removed, she also had several infections – the vet bill was over $1700.
Cassisa, my groomer and friend choose Blossom (the three-year-old). The two others will be going their own ways!
