Thank you Fins Furs & Feathers for choosing our wonderful dog Sammie as Pet of the Month! Over the last several months Sammie has been through so much. She was unfortunately attacked by another dog in our neighborhood back in February and suffered severe injuries. She recovered only then to become extremely ill in April with liver disease. She almost did not make it, but with very competent care from our veterinarian and a lot of love and care from me, my wife and two kids we are pleased to say she is now a healthy, happy and frolicking canine. When I received word that she was chosen as pet of the month it was such a delight to tell my wife and kids and of course Sammie who was thrilled after all she has been through. It was an added pleasure to bring her into your amazing store and receive a generous $25 gift card from you so Sammie to go on a shopping spree. We used it to buy her favorite treats which are the curly bully sticks that she is enjoying chomping on everyday. The community is so lucky to have an o’l fashioned, down to earth, friendly store as Fins, Furs, and Feathers in the neighborhood. The friendliness, and knowledge of everyone in the store is a breath of fresh air compared to the larger more corporate stores that exist today. It is also a terrific success story to learn that Fins, Furs, and Feathers pet store has been in the same location in Boca Raton since 1970 and owned by the Dad Charlie and passed down to the two daughters Lisa and Debbie who are very passionate about customer service and quality products.
